The AWP | Pink DDPAT (Battle-Scarred) is a Restricted sniper skin carrying the pink digital pixel camo in its most heavily worn condition. It's the cheapest way into the loud pink look, trading surface condition for the lowest entry price.

Design

The finish keeps things bold: a Digital Disruptive Pattern hydrographic that breaks the rifle into blocky pink and gray pixels, a playful counter to the usual serious camo. Designed by Valve in-house rather than submitted through the community, it ships with a fitting in-game line: "By the time you're close enough to notice the pixels it's already too late."

AWP | Pink DDPAT (Battle-Scarred) Float and Wear

At Battle-Scarred the finish wears its damage openly — heavy scratching and paint loss spread across the body, and the pixel camo is rubbed thin in places. The pink blocks survive as the anchor that keeps the skin readable. The finish is float-capped at 0.80, so it stops short of the extreme end of the wear scale, and the pattern stays identifiable even at its roughest.

AWP | Pink DDPAT Rarity

Rarity: Restricted, the purple tier. It stands above Mil-Spec and just under Classified among the standard weapon grades, making it a genuinely uncommon drop next to the blue skins that fill out the same collection.

AWP | Pink DDPAT Case and Collection

The Pink DDPAT belongs to The Overpass Collection, which debuted with Operation Breakout in June 2014. The Restricted tier as a whole drops roughly 16% of the time (the rate is shared across the tier's skins), and since Overpass copies only ever surfaced through the map's Major souvenir packages, the supply is fixed — the market, rather than unboxing, is where most copies originate.

AWP | Pink DDPAT Patterns

Because the pixel camo sits the same way on every copy, the finish has no random pattern variation — nothing like a paint seed or "blue gem" to hunt for. Wear and float are all that separate one copy from the next, even as a Souvenir version bearing tournament stickers can carry a steep premium of its own.

StatTrak & Souvenir

You won't find a StatTrak Pink DDPAT — StatTrak weapons come from cases that ship a StatTrak variant, and this finish was never in such a case. A Souvenir version does exist: Souvenir weapons drop only from Major-tournament souvenir packages, and because Overpass was a Major map, a package such as the ESL One Cologne 2014 Overpass Souvenir Package could produce a Souvenir Pink DDPAT, sometimes with commemorative stickers that boost its value.

FAQ

Is the Battle-Scarred Pink DDPAT still recognizable?

Yes. Despite the heavy scuffing, the bright pink and gray pixels keep the design clearly readable at a glance in-game. Battle-Scarred is about accepting visible wear in exchange for the lowest price, not losing the look — the busy camo actually disguises damage better than a plainer finish would.

Why doesn't the Battle-Scarred Pink DDPAT look completely trashed?

Because the finish is float-capped at 0.80 rather than the full 1.0, its Battle-Scarred copies never reach the most extreme wear the scale allows. Combined with a busy pixel pattern that hides scratches, the skin stays more legible here than many single-color finishes do at the same grade.

Is Battle-Scarred the cheapest way to own a Pink DDPAT?

For the standard version, yes — it's the lowest rung on the price ladder. You accept obvious wear in exchange for the smallest ticket into the pink pixel look. If the design matters more to you than a spotless surface, this exterior is the most accessible door into ownership.
