M249 | Blizzard Marbleized (Battle-Scarred)

The M249 | Blizzard Marbleized (Battle-Scarred) is an Industrial Grade machine-gun skin in a marbleized white pattern, worn down to its most aged condition. Battle-Scarred is the most affordable way into a finish that trades high across every other grade.

Design

Blizzard Marbleized paints the entire M249 in a swirled white marble, its faint veining giving the weapon a cool, luxurious character with no graphics to distract from the texture. The finish stays monochrome from end to end. It's a Valve-made skin from the game's original skin lineup.

M249 | Blizzard Marbleized (Battle-Scarred) Float and Wear

Battle-Scarred is the top-worn grade here, and the finish is float-capped at 0.80 rather than the full 1.0 — so even at its most beaten it stops short of the absolute extreme of the wear scale. Heavy fading and scuffing dominate the white surface at this grade, and because the base is so pale, the aging shows plainly, though the marble pattern remains identifiable.

M249 | Blizzard Marbleized Rarity

Rarity: Industrial Grade — the light-blue tier, one rung above the base Consumer grade. On paper it's a low rarity, but this finish's standing among collectors is far higher than the classification suggests.

M249 | Blizzard Marbleized Case and Collection

Battle-Scarred copies are part of The Office Collection, released with the Arms Deal update in August 2013 — the landmark update that brought skins into the game. The finish comes via the collection rather than any case, and that fixed supply keeps its value elevated even at the most worn grade.

M249 | Blizzard Marbleized Patterns

Because the finish is fixed, the paint seed changes nothing — the marble veining is identical on every copy, with no blue-gem seed or standout pattern to chase. The only qualities that differ between copies are their float and their wear grade.

StatTrak & Souvenir

No StatTrak form of this finish exists; StatTrak weapons come from case unboxings, and Blizzard Marbleized was never a case drop. The same mechanism rules out a Souvenir edition — those originate solely from Major-tournament packages, and this finish never appeared in any of them.

M249 | Blizzard Marbleized Price

Battle-Scarred is the cheapest grade of this finish, the entry point for players who want the marble look on the M249 without paying top-grade money. Even so, the skin's grail-tier status keeps it firmly high-end. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Is the Battle-Scarred Blizzard Marbleized still worth owning?

For many buyers, yes. It's the most affordable way into a grail-tier finish, and while the white base shows its wear openly at this grade, the marble pattern keeps it recognizable in-game. It's the pick for players who want this iconic M249 look on the tightest possible budget.

Why doesn't the Battle-Scarred version reach full wear?

Because the finish is float-capped at 0.80 rather than 1.0, its Battle-Scarred copies never hit the very worst wear values. The pale surface still shows heavy fading, but the cap means the marble pattern stays more legible here than a fully uncapped skin would at the same grade.

Does this finish come in StatTrak?

No. StatTrak weapons are minted only through case unboxings, and Blizzard Marbleized is a collection finish that was never sold in a case, so no StatTrak copies exist. Souvenir versions are also absent, since those come exclusively from Major-tournament packages that never featured this finish.
