M4A4 | Dark Blossom (Field-Tested)

M4A4 | Dark Blossom (Field-Tested)

The M4A4 | Dark Blossom (Field-Tested) is an Industrial Grade rifle skin with a gray body and a spray-painted blue rose-and-blossom pattern, here with a touch of honest wear. It is the most common and most affordable way to run the floral finish.

Design

At its heart the finish is a dark floral study: a gray base spray-painted with blue roses and blossom branches, an understated, ink-like design that skips flashy graphics entirely. It is a Valve in-house creation, and it comes paired with a fitting in-game line: "No rose without a thorn."

M4A4 | Dark Blossom (Field-Tested) Float and Wear

At Field-Tested the finish picks up light scratching along the edges and high points, but the muted gray base absorbs it well, so most copies still read clearly at a glance and the blue roses hold their shape. This is the grade most players land on — the balance between a legible design and the lowest realistic outlay.

M4A4 | Dark Blossom Rarity

Rarity: Industrial Grade — the light blue grade, one tier up from Consumer and among the lower rungs of the standard weapon ladder. It is a frequently dropped grade, and that abundance keeps the finish easy on the wallet.

M4A4 | Dark Blossom Case and Collection

Dark Blossom sits within The St. Marc Collection, released together with Operation Shattered Web on November 18, 2019. There is no case to open for it — collection skins like this one reach players through in-game drops and trade-up contracts rather than unboxing.

M4A4 | Dark Blossom Patterns

Because the roses and blossom branches sit the same way on every copy, this finish has no random pattern variation — nothing like a paint seed or blue gem to track down. The only real differences between copies are wear and float.

StatTrak & Souvenir

A StatTrak variant was never made: StatTrak comes from weapon cases, and this finish has never appeared in one. Nor is there a Souvenir edition, since those are produced solely through Major-tournament souvenir packages, and the St. Marc Collection has never featured as a Major drop. That leaves the standard finish as the only version out there.

M4A4 | Dark Blossom Price

Field-Tested is the value entry point of the range — cheaper than the higher grades while keeping the floral look intact, which is why it is the most traded exterior. It fits the finish's affordable mid-tier standing among M4A4 skins. It is available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Does the Field-Tested Dark Blossom look beat up?

Not really. Field-Tested adds light scratches on the edges and raised areas, but the gray base hides them better than a pale finish would, and the blue floral art stays readable. Up close you will spot some wear; from playing distance the design still comes through clearly.

Is Field-Tested the best value Dark Blossom?

For most buyers it is. It costs noticeably less than Minimal Wear while keeping the blossom pattern intact, and it is the most available grade on the market. Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred go cheaper still if you want the lowest entry price and don't mind heavier scuffing on the finish.

Which gloves match Dark Blossom in a Field-Tested loadout?

Its gray-and-blue floral palette suits a cool, muted setup, so blue or slate gloves pair best — navy or steel-toned wraps echo the roses without clashing. Neutral gray gloves are a safe fallback that lets the artwork lead. Keep the loadout subdued rather than bright to match the finish's tone.
