M4A4 | 龍王 (Dragon King) (Minimal Wear)
The M4A4 | 龍王 (Dragon King) (Minimal Wear) is a Classified rifle skin showing a red-and-blue dragon king over a teal-green body. Minimal Wear keeps the mythical artwork looking almost untouched while trimming the price below Factory New.
Design
At its heart the finish is a teal-green base painted with a red-and-blue Chinese dragon, a regal, legend-inspired look that skips camo and graffiti entirely. The community artist L'grand created it, and it ships with a fitting in-game line: "A weapon worthy of The Monkey King himself."
M4A4 | 龍王 (Dragon King) (Minimal Wear) Float and Wear
Minimal Wear is the second-cleanest grade, one notch under Factory New on a float scale that stretches to 0.75. Any wear here is faint — a little softening at the edges at most — while the dragon's detail and the teal backdrop stay saturated. For most buyers it's the value pick that still reads as near-flawless in-game.
M4A4 | 龍王 (Dragon King) Rarity
Rarity: Classified. That's the pink tier, one step under Covert and second-highest among the standard weapon grades — a genuinely uncommon pull from any case.
M4A4 | 龍王 (Dragon King) Case and Collection
This finish is part of The Chroma Collection and comes out of the Chroma Case, which launched in January 2015. The Classified tier as a whole drops about 3.2% of the time from the case (that odds figure is shared across the tier), and since the Chroma Case has left the active drop pool, supply is capped — buyers pick up most copies on the market instead of unboxing them.
M4A4 | 龍王 (Dragon King) Patterns
There's no random pattern roll on the Dragon King — the dragon and teal base are placed identically on every copy, so no paint seed or "blue gem" is worth hunting. The only things that tell copies apart are wear and float.
StatTrak & Souvenir
There is a StatTrak™ Dragon King, which adds a confirmed-kill counter; it drops more rarely and costs more than the standard skin, and its counter is permanent, staying with the item through trades and sales. No Souvenir edition was ever made — Souvenir weapons are produced only from Major-tournament packages, and the Chroma Case never served as a Major drop.
M4A4 | 龍王 (Dragon King) Price
Minimal Wear sits just below Factory New on the price ladder while looking nearly identical, which makes it one of the smarter buys in the range. As an affordable mid-tier M4A4, it delivers the full mythical look without asking for grail money. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Does the Minimal Wear Dragon King look worn?
Barely. At this grade any wear is limited to the faintest edge softening, and the teal base with its red-and-blue dragon stays vivid. To most eyes it reads as good as Factory New in-game, which is a big part of why the grade is such a popular pick for the money.
Is Minimal Wear the best value Dragon King?
For a lot of buyers, yes. It costs less than Factory New but keeps almost the same look, and it's easier to find than the top grade. Field-Tested and lower are cheaper still if you want a smaller outlay and don't mind a bit more visible wear on the finish.
What does 龍王 mean?
龍王 is Chinese for "Dragon King," which is why the skin carries both the characters and the English name. The design pairs that title with a red-and-blue dragon over a teal body, and the flavor line about The Monkey King leans the whole finish into classic Chinese mythology.
