MAG-7 | Counter Terrace (Well-Worn)

MAG-7 | Counter Terrace (Well-Worn)

The MAG-7 | Counter Terrace (Well-Worn) is a Mil-Spec shotgun skin with a bright geometric hydrographic pattern, here in a more weathered state. It's a lower-cost route into a sought-after finish, with wear the busy design still partly absorbs.

Design

Counter Terrace is a colorful geometric finish — a hydrographic of interlocking angular shapes wrapped over the body, loud and energetic by design. It began as a Valve creation in the Rising Sun set, and it comes with a playful in-game line: "Hey Sabri, you should take this one... it's loud like you - Carmen Cocinero, Extraction Expert."

MAG-7 | Counter Terrace (Well-Worn) Float and Wear

Well-Worn sits toward the top of the capped 0.00–0.65 range, so scratching and paint loss spread across the body and the colors lose a little of their vibrancy. The geometric pattern keeps the finish recognizable, but wear is clearly on show. For players who want a prized skin without paying top grade, it delivers the look for less.

MAG-7 | Counter Terrace Rarity

Rarity: Mil-Spec Grade — the entry-level blue tier of the standard weapon grades. It's a common class to unbox, but this finish punches well above it: strong collector interest makes it one of the priciest MAG-7 skins regardless of grade.

MAG-7 | Counter Terrace Case and Collection

Part of The Rising Sun Collection, this finish arrived with Operation Bloodhound on May 26, 2015. Mil-Spec skins as a group drop about 79.92% of the time (the figure is shared across the tier), but demand for this specific finish keeps regular copies far scarcer and dearer than the tier suggests.

MAG-7 | Counter Terrace Patterns

The geometric pattern is applied identically to every copy — a fixed design with no random pattern roll — so there's nothing like a paint seed or blue-gem edition to track. Copies differ only in how much wear they've picked up and in their float value.

StatTrak & Souvenir

No StatTrak edition exists for this skin, as StatTrak counters are added only through weapon cases and this finish came from a collection without one. A Souvenir version was never made either — those come solely from Major-tournament packages, and The Rising Sun Collection has never been a Major drop.

MAG-7 | Counter Terrace Price

Well-Worn sits near the bottom of the ladder, under Field-Tested and above only Battle-Scarred — a cheaper way into a grail-tier MAG-7 finish for players who won't pay the higher grades. Even so, demand keeps it well above ordinary shotgun-skin prices. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

How worn does the Well-Worn Counter Terrace look?

Noticeably. Scratching and paint loss show across the body and the bright colors look a little muted — more than Field-Tested but short of Battle-Scarred's heavier battering. Because the finish is float-capped at 0.65, though, even this grade stays milder than a full-range skin's worst wear.

Is Well-Worn worth it over Field-Tested?

Mainly if price is the priority. Field-Tested looks a fair bit better for a modest step up in cost, so most buyers prefer it. Well-Worn makes sense when you want this prized design as cheaply as it comes without dropping all the way to a Battle-Scarred copy.

Why doesn't the float go all the way to 1.0?

Counter Terrace is float-capped at 0.65, so the game never rolls a copy above that value. The practical effect is that even Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred copies stay milder than the worst wear you'd see on a skin with a full 1.0 cap — the pattern never gets that badly damaged.
