Negev | Palm (Factory New)

Negev | Palm (Factory New)

The Negev | Palm (Factory New) is an Industrial Grade machine gun skin — a gray finish spray-painted with palm-leaf, mesh, and cardboard-cutout stencils. Factory New is the cleanest grade it comes in, showing the stencil work at its sharpest against the muted base.

Design

Palm gives the Negev a gray coat built from layered stencils — palm leaves, fine mesh, and cardboard cutouts sprayed over the body. Described in-game as a memento from Gwalior, it carries a quietly poetic line: "Beautiful today...ashes tomorrow."

Negev | Palm (Factory New) Float and Wear

Float on this finish runs from 0.06 to 0.80. Because the minimum is 0.06 — just under the 0.07 Factory New ceiling — a Factory New copy is possible but sits in a very narrow window, making it scarce. At this grade the gray base looks even and the stencil edges stay crisp, the tidiest the design ever gets.

Negev | Palm Rarity

Rarity: Industrial Grade — the light-blue tier near the bottom of the standard weapon grades, which makes the finish itself common even if clean copies aren't.

Negev | Palm Case and Collection

Palm is part of The Alpha Collection, which launched with Operation Bravo in September 2013 — one of the game's earliest operations. That age and the collection's retirement from active drops mean copies now come almost entirely from the market rather than fresh drops.

Negev | Palm Patterns

The finish is fixed — the gray base and stencil layout appear the same way on every copy, so there's no paint seed or "blue gem" to hunt. Wear and float are the only things that set one copy apart from another.

StatTrak & Souvenir

There's no StatTrak version of this finish — StatTrak counters are minted only from weapon cases, and Palm comes from a collection instead. It has no Souvenir version either, since Souvenir weapons are produced solely through Major-tournament packages and The Alpha Collection was never offered in one.

Negev | Palm Price

Factory New sits at the top of this finish's price ladder — and because clean copies are so scarce given the 0.06 float floor, it commands a real grail-tier premium over the worn grades. Available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Why is a Factory New Palm so scarce?

The finish's float floor is 0.06, and Factory New requires a float below 0.07, so only a sliver of copies qualify. That narrow window makes clean examples rare and pushes their price toward grail territory, well above the worn grades where the vast majority of copies land.

Which gloves go with Palm?

Its muted gray, stencil-heavy look pairs best with understated gloves — gray, olive, or sandy wraps keep the loadout cohesive and let the palm-leaf motif stand out. Avoid loud, saturated gloves; the whole appeal of this finish is its subtle, worn-poster aesthetic, so a restrained palette suits it best.

Is the paint seed important on Palm?

No. The design is fixed, so the gray base and the palm, mesh, and cardboard stencils appear the same on every copy regardless of paint-seed index. There's no rare pattern or "blue gem" variant to chase — only the wear grade and exact float differ between copies.
