Nova | Ghost Camo (Well-Worn)
The Nova | Ghost Camo (Well-Worn) is the most weathered grade of this gray-camouflage Mil-Spec shotgun finish. Even so, a hard cap on how far the float can climb keeps this grade from ever looking completely trashed.
Design
The finish is a large-scale gray camouflage hydrographic covering the Nova end to end, a tactical, muted look with no bright decals to distract. Coming from Valve, it's built to blend rather than shout — the kind of styling that suits a quiet, functional loadout even once the surface starts showing its age.
Nova | Ghost Camo (Well-Worn) Float and Wear
Well-Worn occupies the top of the 0.00–0.40 float range. Because that maximum is capped at 0.40 — well short of the 1.0 a fully weathering skin reaches — this grade never gets as ragged as a Battle-Scarred finish elsewhere. Expect visible fading and exposed metal on the edges and receiver, but the gray camo still holds together as a recognizable pattern rather than dissolving.
Nova | Ghost Camo Rarity
This finish is a Mil-Spec Grade skin, the blue tier at the foot of the standard weapon grades. Its commonness is exactly what makes even the cleaner grades affordable and this worn one cheaper still.
Nova | Ghost Camo Case and Collection
Part of The eSports 2013 Winter Collection, this Nova dropped from the eSports 2013 Winter Case introduced by the Winter Offensive update in December 2013. The Mil-Spec bracket accounts for about 79.92% of that case's outcomes, a figure the tier's skins share collectively. The case is retired, so the market is where these change hands today.
Nova | Ghost Camo Patterns
There's no paint-seed variance to weigh up. The camouflage is fixed artwork that renders identically on every copy, so no unit carries a rarer alignment or premium gem roll. Across all listings, only grade and float set one apart from another.
StatTrak & Souvenir
A StatTrak edition does exist, carrying a permanent confirmed-kill counter that was minted from the eSports 2013 Winter Case and stays with the shotgun through trades and sales without ever getting wiped. No Souvenir edition was ever made, as Souvenir weapons come strictly from Major-tournament souvenir packages and this collection never appeared in one.
Nova | Ghost Camo Price
Well-Worn is the cheapest grade on this finish's ladder, sitting at the bottom below Field-Tested. For an already affordable mid-tier Nova, it's the most economical way to own the camo look if a bit of weathering doesn't bother you. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
How bad does the Well-Worn actually look?
Milder than the name suggests. The float is capped at 0.40, so this grade never reaches the shredded state of a full Battle-Scarred skin. You'll see fading and some bare metal on the edges, but the gray camouflage stays intact as a clear pattern, and from a distance it reads as a seasoned shotgun.
Is Well-Worn the worst grade for this finish?
Yes. The finish tops out at Well-Worn because the float can't exceed 0.40, so there's no Battle-Scarred version. That makes Well-Worn both the most weathered and the lowest-priced option, above which sit Field-Tested, Minimal Wear, and Factory New.
Why buy the Well-Worn over a cleaner grade?
Price, mainly. It's the cheapest entry to a finish that already sits in affordable mid-tier territory, and the dense camo pattern hides much of the wear. If you want the Ghost Camo look for the least money and aren't chasing a flawless surface, this grade delivers exactly that.
