Nova | Wood Fired (Well-Worn)
The Nova | Wood Fired (Well-Worn) is a Mil-Spec shotgun skin with its green woodgrain, blue accents, and burned-in flames in a more weathered state. It's a cheaper route to the rustic design, with wear the busy artwork still helps disguise.
Design
Wood Fired lays a green-painted woodgrain base under blue accents and dark, burned-in flame marks — a warm, hunting-lodge treatment that trades tactical camo for something organic. The piece is a community creation by XAKI, and it comes with a fitting in-game line: "Gone hunting."
Nova | Wood Fired (Well-Worn) Float and Wear
Well-Worn sits high in the finish's 0.00–0.75 float band. Scuffing and paint thinning grow obvious across the body and edges, though the dense woodgrain-and-flame pattern keeps the design recognizable instead of washed out. For players who value price over a polished surface, it delivers the rustic look for less.
Nova | Wood Fired Rarity
Rarity: Mil-Spec Grade, the blue tier — the most common grade in the standard weapon lineup. Sitting on the bottom rung of the rarity ladder is what keeps this Nova both cheap and plentiful.
Nova | Wood Fired Case and Collection
The Wood Fired lives in The Danger Zone Collection and drops from the Danger Zone Case, which came with the Danger Zone update in December 2018. As a group the Mil-Spec tier unboxes roughly 79.92% of the time (that odds figure spans the whole tier), so there's rarely a shortage of copies to buy.
Nova | Wood Fired Patterns
No random pattern variation applies — the woodgrain, flames, and blue accents are placed the same on every copy, so there's no paint seed or blue-gem roll to track down. The only meaningful differences between copies come from their wear and float.
StatTrak & Souvenir
A StatTrak™ Wood Fired also exists, fitting a confirmed-kill counter that never gets wiped and stays attached through trades and sales; it's a rarer, costlier drop than the standard version. No Souvenir edition was ever made, as Souvenir weapons come strictly from Major-tournament packages and this case wasn't part of a Major.
Nova | Wood Fired Price
Well-Worn sits near the bottom of the ladder, under Field-Tested and above only Battle-Scarred — a budget path into the rustic design for players who won't pay mid-grade money. As a Mil-Spec Nova the whole range is affordable to begin with. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
How worn does the Well-Worn Wood Fired look?
Noticeably. Expect visible scuffing and paint thinning across the body and edges — heavier than Field-Tested but short of Battle-Scarred's rough state. The dense woodgrain-and-flame pattern keeps the design readable, so it still reads as a Wood Fired rather than a generic worn shotgun in-game.
Is Well-Worn worth it over Field-Tested?
Only if the lowest sensible price matters most. Field-Tested looks clearly better for a small bump in cost, so most buyers prefer it. Well-Worn makes sense when you want the rustic Nova as cheaply as possible without going all the way down to Battle-Scarred.
Does the Nova | Wood Fired come in StatTrak?
It does. A StatTrak™ Wood Fired drops from the Danger Zone Case and logs confirmed kills on a counter that never gets wiped, carrying over whenever the weapon changes hands. It's scarcer and pricier than the plain finish, though on a Mil-Spec shotgun the extra cost stays fairly small.
