SCAR-20 | Magna Carta (Well-Worn)
The SCAR-20 | Magna Carta (Well-Worn) is a Mil-Spec autosniper finish with a purple medieval design of crests and text, shown here in a more battered state. It is a cheaper entry into the finish, with wear that is plainly visible but never erases the artwork.
Design
The rifle wears a purple pattern of crests, scrawls, and Magna Carta text — Valve's take on dropping a medieval charter onto a modern autosniper. The design comes with an on-theme in-game line, "Everyone is subject to due process—even you," which suits the whole judicial motif.
SCAR-20 | Magna Carta (Well-Worn) Float and Wear
Well-Worn sits high in the 0.00–0.60 float range, near its upper limit. Expect clear paint loss and scuffing across the body, with the purple noticeably faded and the crests softened where the finish thins. Because the float is capped at 0.60, though, this grade never reaches the extreme battering a full-range 1.0 skin can show.
SCAR-20 | Magna Carta Rarity
Rarity: Mil-Spec Grade, the blue rung at the foot of the standard weapon tiers. It is the most common grade band, so even the medieval artwork here does not push the finish into exclusive territory.
SCAR-20 | Magna Carta Case and Collection
This finish is a member of The Control Collection, which launched with Operation Broken Fang in December 2020. The collection has no case or key — its skins enter circulation through drops and trade-up contracts, meaning you source this one on the open market instead of by unboxing.
SCAR-20 | Magna Carta Patterns
No paint-seed lottery applies to this finish. The crests, scrawls, and text are locked to the same positions on every copy, so there is no elusive seed or blue-gem roll worth hunting. Once you have chosen a wear grade, one listing is much like another design-wise.
StatTrak & Souvenir
A StatTrak kill-counter edition of this finish was never made, so that variant is off the table. The same goes for Souvenir — those come exclusively from Major-tournament packages, and this finish was not distributed through any of them. That leaves the standard regular finish as your only option.
SCAR-20 | Magna Carta Price
Well-Worn ranks low on this finish's ladder, undercut only by Battle-Scarred and sitting well beneath the cleaner grades — a budget route to the design for players who care more about cost than surface condition. Available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
How rough does the Well-Worn Magna Carta look?
Fairly rough. You will see obvious paint loss and scuffing on the body and edges, with the purple visibly dulled. That said, the 0.60 float cap keeps it milder than a fully worn 1.0 skin, and the crest-and-text pattern is dense enough that the medieval look still comes through clearly.
Is Well-Worn worth it over Field-Tested?
Only if you want the lowest price short of Battle-Scarred. Field-Tested looks a good deal cleaner for a moderate step up in cost, so most buyers prefer it. Well-Worn makes sense when budget is the priority and you are fine with the artwork showing its age.
Does the float cap affect this grade?
It does. The finish maxes out at float 0.60, so even Well-Worn copies stop short of the heavy, blown-out wear you would see on a skin that runs all the way to 1.0. The pattern stays recognizable, and the wear reads as honest use rather than total destruction.
