The SCAR-20 | Magna Carta (Factory New) is a Mil-Spec autosniper skin wrapped in a purple pattern of crests, scrawls, and text lifted from the medieval charter it is named after. Factory New is the top grade, showing that historical artwork at full saturation with no wear cutting into it.
Design
This is a Valve-made finish that drapes the SCAR-20 in a purple field of heraldic crests, handwritten scrawls, and passages of text drawn from the Magna Carta — a medieval motif stitched onto a modern battle rifle. It even carries a fitting in-game line: "Everyone is subject to due process—even you."

The finish spans float 0.00–0.60, and Factory New occupies the lowest slice of that band.
