Tec-9 | Terrace (Well-Worn)

Tec-9 | Terrace (Well-Worn)

The Tec-9 | Terrace (Well-Worn) shows its geometric hydrographic wrap under a clearly worn surface. It's a cheaper entry point into this pricier-than-usual Mil-Spec pistol finish, one grade above the bottom of the ladder.

Design

The Terrace's look is a repeating geometric hydrographic pattern spread over the whole pistol rather than one focal graphic, a Valve-made finish that trades a big image for texture and structure. Franz Kriegeld, the Phoenix Tactician, supplies the in-game flavor line: "You're too trusting Valeria... it will get you killed."

Tec-9 | Terrace (Well-Worn) Float and Wear

The Terrace runs the complete 0.00–1.00 float scale, and Well-Worn lands in the upper portion of it. Scuffing and paint thinning are clearly visible across the body at this grade, softening the geometric lines noticeably, though the pattern is still recognizable overall.

Tec-9 | Terrace Rarity

In terms of rarity this is a Mil-Spec Grade skin — the blue tier, the entry-level grade among the four standard weapon rarities that sit below Covert.

Tec-9 | Terrace Case and Collection

This finish is drawn from The Rising Sun Collection, which debuted with Operation Bloodhound in May 2015, and no weapon case ever carried it. Because the collection is its only source and that source is closed, the supply of Terrace copies is fixed — a scarcity that keeps prices high for a Mil-Spec skin.

Tec-9 | Terrace Patterns

Paint seed has zero effect on the Terrace's appearance since the geometric wrap is fixed across every copy. There's no rare pattern or blue-gem variant to look for; only float changes what you see.

StatTrak & Souvenir

The Terrace comes in a regular version only — no StatTrak counter and no Souvenir tag exist for it. Souvenir status is reserved for skins handed out in Major-tournament packages, a list this finish has never been on.

Tec-9 | Terrace Price

Well-Worn is one of the cheaper ways into the Terrace, sitting below Field-Tested and Minimal Wear, though it still trades at a level that would be considered high-end for most other Mil-Spec skins. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

How rough does Well-Worn Terrace look?

Noticeably worn. Scuffing and thinning paint spread across the body at this grade, blurring the edges of the geometric pattern more than Field-Tested does, though the overall layout is still easy to identify in-game.

Is Well-Worn a good budget pick?

It's a reasonable one if you want the Terrace for less, sitting above only Battle-Scarred in price. Field-Tested looks meaningfully cleaner for a modest step up, so weigh how much the extra wear bothers you before choosing.

Why does a Mil-Spec skin trade this high even at Well-Worn?

The Terrace's supply is capped — it only ever came from The Rising Sun Collection during Operation Bloodhound, with no weapon case topping it up — so even a worn copy still carries the scarcity premium that separates it from a typical Mil-Spec finish.
