USP-S | 27 (Minimal Wear)

USP-S | 27 (Minimal Wear)

The USP-S | 27 (Minimal Wear) is a Mil-Spec Grade pistol skin with a tactical "Gunsmith"-style finish, a winged defuser beneath the rear sight, and a "027" stamp near the ejection port. Minimal Wear keeps nearly all of that detailing crisp while costing less than the top grade.

Design

The look is a refined, tactical take on the USP-S from community artist HEWOK, built in a "Gunsmith" style that favors subtle detailing over busy graphics. Its defining marks are a winged defuser set beneath the rear sight and a "027" stamped near the ejection port. A fitting in-game line rounds it out: "Light field work."

USP-S | 27 (Minimal Wear) Float and Wear

Across a float range that runs 0.00 to 1.00, Minimal Wear falls in the roughly 0.07–0.15 band. At this level only the faintest edge wear shows up, and the Gunsmith detailing, winged defuser, and "027" stamp stay well defined. It's a small step down from Factory New that most eyes won't register in-game.

USP-S | 27 Rarity

Rarity: Mil-Spec Grade. That's the blue tier — the entry rung of the standard weapon grades and the most common tier you'll pull from a case.

USP-S | 27 Case and Collection

Part of The Gallery Collection, this finish comes out of the Gallery Case, which launched with the Armory update in October 2024. Across the case the Mil-Spec tier pulls at roughly 79.92% (a rate shared among the tier's skins), so it's the outcome you're most likely to see when opening one.

USP-S | 27 Patterns

No random pattern roll applies to this skin — the winged defuser, "027" stamp, and Gunsmith detailing sit identically on every copy, meaning there's no paint seed or "blue gem" worth tracking. The only things that set copies apart are wear and float.

StatTrak & Souvenir

There is a StatTrak™ variant from the Gallery Case, which adds a confirmed-kill counter; it drops more rarely and costs more than the standard skin, and its counter is permanent, staying with the item through trades and sales. No Souvenir edition exists — Souvenir weapons are produced only from Major-tournament packages, and this finish has never featured in one.

USP-S | 27 Price

Minimal Wear sits just below Factory New on the price ladder while keeping almost the same look, which makes it a smart pick within an already affordable mid-tier USP-S. You get near-top condition without paying for the cleanest grade. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Does the Minimal Wear 27 look worn?

Barely. At this grade wear shows only as the lightest scuffing along the edges, and the Gunsmith detailing stays sharp. To most players it reads as good as Factory New in-game, which is a big part of why Minimal Wear is such a popular buy on this finish.

Is Minimal Wear the best value on this skin?

For many buyers, yes. It costs less than Factory New but looks nearly identical, giving you near-top condition at a friendlier price. Field-Tested and lower grades are cheaper still if you'd rather trade a little surface quality for the lowest entry cost.

What is the "027" on the USP-S | 27?

It's part of the artwork — a "027" stamp placed near the ejection port, alongside a small winged defuser beneath the rear sight. These details are fixed on every copy and give the finish its name; there's no hidden meaning tied to float or rarity.
