USP-S | Purple DDPAT (Field-Tested)

The USP-S | Purple DDPAT (Field-Tested) is a Mil-Spec pistol skin wearing a purple digital-camo hydrographic. Field-Tested is the most common and affordable way to own it, adding honest wear that the busy pixel pattern largely absorbs.

Design

The look is all pixels: a purple Digital Disruptive Pattern (DDPAT) hydrographic stretched over the silenced USP, a blocky camo that pairs a vibrant color with a no-nonsense tactical vibe. Valve created it, and it comes with a fitting in-game line: "By the time you're close enough to notice the pixels it's already too late."

USP-S | Purple DDPAT (Field-Tested) Float and Wear

Within the 0.00–0.55 float band, Field-Tested falls in the middle. The finish picks up light scratching along the slide and edges, but the busy pixel-camo breaks up the wear so most copies still read well at a glance, and the purple holds regardless of float. This is the grade most players land on — the balance point between looks and price.

USP-S | Purple DDPAT Rarity

Rarity: Mil-Spec Grade — the blue tier, sitting at the base of the standard weapon grades. As the most-dropped grade, it keeps this finish easy to find and easy to afford.

USP-S | Purple DDPAT Case and Collection

This finish is drawn from The 2021 Mirage Collection, which launched alongside Operation Riptide in September 2021. Across its souvenir source the Mil-Spec tier drops around 79.92% of the time (that rate is shared across the tier's skins), so supply on the market runs deep.

USP-S | Purple DDPAT Patterns

No random pattern roll applies to the Purple DDPAT — the camo hydrographic sits the same on every copy, meaning there's no paint seed or "blue gem" to track down. Copies differ only by wear and float.

StatTrak & Souvenir

You won't find a StatTrak Purple DDPAT: kill-counter versions are produced only for weapon-case skins, and this one has always come from souvenir packages rather than a case. Its Souvenir edition, though, is real — first seen in the Stockholm 2021 Mirage Souvenir Package, dropped from Major-tournament packages and frequently stamped with event stickers.

USP-S | Purple DDPAT Price

Field-Tested is the value heart of the range — cheaper than Minimal Wear while keeping much of the same appearance, which is a big reason it's the most popular way to run this affordable mid-tier USP-S. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Does the Field-Tested Purple DDPAT look beat up?

Not much. The pixel-camo pattern scatters scratches so they don't jump out, so a Field-Tested copy still reads well to most eyes, with only light edge wear on close inspection. The purple isn't touched by float, so the finish's signature color always stands out.

Is Field-Tested the best value Purple DDPAT?

For most buyers, yes. It costs noticeably less than the higher grades but looks close thanks to the wear-scattering camo, and it's the most common on the market. Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred are cheaper still if you want the lowest entry price and don't mind heavier scuffing.

Which gloves go with the Purple DDPAT?

Its purple palette suits a cool-toned loadout, so purple or dark violet gloves pair best — a violet wrap picks up the camo, while black or gray gloves let the color carry the look. It slots cleanly into a purple-themed pistol setup.
