USP-S | Whiteout (Well-Worn)

USP-S | Whiteout (Well-Worn)

The USP-S | Whiteout (Well-Worn) is a Classified pistol skin, its flat white coat now showing real signs of use. It's a cheaper way into a grail-tier finish, with wear that a pale base like this puts on full display.

Design

At its core the finish is dead simple: a flat, uniform white spray job across the whole USP-S, with no graphics, decals, or accent colors involved. Valve built it in-house on the idea that stark simplicity beats detail, and it carries a fitting in-game line: "It looks pure, but looks can be deceiving."

USP-S | Whiteout (Well-Worn) Float and Wear

Within the 0.06–0.80 float range, Well-Worn sits toward the high end, above only Battle-Scarred. On a white body there's nowhere for damage to hide, so at this grade the scratching, grime, and paint loss are plainly visible across the slide and edges, giving the finish a distinctly weathered, off-white cast. The design still holds together, but there's no pretending it's a fresh coat. This grade is about price over surface condition.

USP-S | Whiteout Rarity

Rarity: Classified — the pink tier, sitting directly below Covert as the second-highest of the standard weapon grades. It's an uncommon grade to come by.

USP-S | Whiteout Case and Collection

Well-Worn Whiteout is part of The 2021 Train Collection, released with Operation Riptide in September 2021. About 3.2% of drops fall into the Classified tier (a figure the tier's skins share), and as an operation-era collection that's no longer being handed out, the supply is fixed — nearly every copy today trades on the market.

USP-S | Whiteout Patterns

Because the white coat lands the same way on each copy, Whiteout has no random pattern variation at all — nothing like a paint seed, phase, or "blue gem" to seek out. Wear and float are the whole story of what sets copies apart.

StatTrak & Souvenir

No StatTrak Whiteout was ever made. StatTrak versions come only out of weapon cases, and this skin is a collection drop rather than a case item, so the counter variant simply doesn't exist. There's likewise no Souvenir edition — those are produced only from Major-tournament packages, and the Train Collection has never appeared at a Major.

USP-S | Whiteout Price

Even as the most expensive USP-S finish, Whiteout gets much more reachable at Well-Worn, which sits near the bottom of its ladder, above only Battle-Scarred. It's a budget lane into a grail-tier design for players who won't pay mid-grade or higher. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

How worn does the Well-Worn Whiteout look?

Quite worn. Expect clear scratching, grime, and paint thinning across the slide and edges, giving the once-bright coat a dulled, off-white tone. It's heavier wear than Field-Tested but not the full battering of Battle-Scarred. The pale base means none of it is subtle — this is a visibly used finish.

Is Well-Worn worth buying over Field-Tested?

Mainly if price leads your decision. Field-Tested looks a fair bit fresher for a modest step up in cost, so most buyers lean that way. Well-Worn makes sense when you want the Whiteout design as cheaply as possible while still staying clear of the roughest Battle-Scarred copies.

Does the wear ruin the all-white look?

Not entirely, but it changes it. The finish shifts from a bright, pure white to a weathered, grayed-off tone, and it stops reading as pristine. If the crisp monochrome is the whole reason you want Whiteout, a higher grade serves you better; Well-Worn is for buyers chasing the design at a lower price.
