The XM1014 | Blue Steel (Minimal Wear, MW) is an Industrial Grade shotgun with a cold-blued, all-metal finish in a cool blue-gray tone. Minimal Wear keeps the blued surface looking rich, with only the faintest edge wear once you look closely.

Design

Rather than any graphic, this finish is a treatment: the shotgun's steel has been cold blued into a dark blue-gray sheen, industrial and deliberately plain. Valve made it, and it carries a fitting bit of in-game text — "This is the malbec of weapon design."
