The AK-47 | Rat Rod (Battle-Scarred) is a Restricted rifle skin with a rusty, weather-beaten hot-rod body — its original blue topcoat painted over, etched into, and worn away like something dragged from a wasteland junkyard. This is the most heavily worn grade, and it's the cheapest way into a design that was built to look battered in the first place.
Design
This is a rough, automotive finish — a wasteland-junkyard salvage whose original blue topcoat has been painted over, etched into, and weathered into a rusty, storm-beaten surface. It's a community design credited to DasDas, Des, and Mia, and its flavor line fits: "Nowhere to run."
AK-47 | Rat Rod (Battle-Scarred) Float and Wear
At Battle-Scarred the Rat Rod wears its damage openly, with heavy scratching and paint loss across the body. On most skins that would be a downside — but the Rat Rod is meant to look rusted and salvaged, so the extra battering pushes the theme further rather than ruining a clean look.
