G3SG1 | Arctic Camo (Field-Tested)
The G3SG1 | Arctic Camo (Field-Tested) is an Industrial Grade autosniper skin, its gray-and-white winter camouflage carrying a touch of honest wear. Field-Tested is the most common way to own this scarce finish, with light scuffing the muted pattern mostly absorbs.
Design
The rifle wears an arctic camo hydrographic — soft gray and white spread across the body for a snow-field concealment look rather than a flashy one. A Valve creation, it comes with the grim in-game line "Snow is cold; death is colder."
G3SG1 | Arctic Camo (Field-Tested) Float and Wear
Across a float range of 0.06 to 0.80, Field-Tested sits in the middle. Expect light scratching along the edges and high points, but the muted gray-and-white camo hides it well, so the pattern holds together. This is the grade most players land on — a balance of looks and cost on an already pricey finish.
G3SG1 | Arctic Camo Rarity
Rarity: Industrial Grade — the light-blue grade just above Consumer, near the bottom of the standard ladder. It's a common grade, though this finish's scarce supply carries its price far above the usual Industrial range.
G3SG1 | Arctic Camo Case and Collection
This skin comes from The Office Collection, introduced with the Arms Deal update in August 2013. There's no weapon case behind it, so the finish is obtained through collection drops or trade-ups rather than unboxing, which keeps circulating copies few.
G3SG1 | Arctic Camo Patterns
Because the design is fixed, the seed index doesn't move the gray-and-white camo — each copy carries the pattern identically. There's no blue-gem seed or "best pattern" worth tracking down, so wear and float remain the only variables between copies.
StatTrak & Souvenir
The finish exists as a regular version alone. No StatTrak edition was made, since it comes from The Office Collection instead of a case that offers the counter, and no Souvenir version exists either — Souvenir weapons come only from Major-tournament packages, and this finish was never part of one.
G3SG1 | Arctic Camo Price
Field-Tested is the more accessible end of this finish's range — cheaper than the top grades while keeping a similar look thanks to the muted pattern. Even so, thin supply keeps it a high-end buy for an Industrial Grade skin. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Does the Field-Tested Arctic Camo look beaten up?
Not much. The muted gray-and-white camouflage masks scratches well, so a Field-Tested copy reads clean to most eyes, with only light edge wear on close inspection. The winter pattern stays intact, keeping the finish's cold concealment character clearly on show in-game.
Is Field-Tested the most affordable Arctic Camo?
Not the cheapest — Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred sit lower — but it's the most popular. It costs less than the higher grades while looking almost as sharp because the camo hides wear, and it's the most common condition on the market. Just note that even here the finish stays pricey.
Is there a StatTrak Arctic Camo?
No. The finish was never issued with a StatTrak counter, because it comes from The Office Collection rather than a StatTrak-capable case. There's no Souvenir version either, since those only come from Major-tournament packages. Only the regular finish you see here has ever existed.
