M249 | Jungle DDPAT (Well-Worn)
The M249 | Jungle DDPAT (Well-Worn) is a Consumer Grade M249 finish in green digital camo, here showing clearer, heavier wear. It's a cheaper route into a scarce old-collection finish, giving up some surface condition for a lower price.
Design
At its core this finish is a green DDPAT hydrographic — the pixelated digital-camo pattern — laid over the whole gun for a military-issue feel. Valve built it, and it carries a fitting quote in-game: "By the time you're close enough to notice the pixels it's already too late."
M249 | Jungle DDPAT (Well-Worn) Float and Wear
Within the finish's 0.06 to 0.80 float span, Well-Worn sits high on the wear scale. Scuffing and paint loss spread across the edges and body, and the greens thin out in exposed areas — yet the pixel pattern still holds as the detail that keeps the skin readable. For price-first buyers it delivers the design for less.
M249 | Jungle DDPAT Rarity
Rarity: Consumer Grade, the white tier and the lowest class among standard weapon skins. The class is common, but this finish is genuinely hard to come by.
M249 | Jungle DDPAT Case and Collection
Part of The Alpha Collection from the September 2013 Operation Bravo update, this finish has no dedicated weapon case. Copies come as collection drops instead of case unboxings, and given how old the collection is, supply is limited and mostly found on the market.
M249 | Jungle DDPAT Patterns
The look is fixed rather than randomized, so the paint seed has no effect on appearance and each copy shows the camo identically. Nothing like a blue-gem seed exists to track down — wear and float are the sole variables between copies.
StatTrak & Souvenir
A StatTrak edition of this finish doesn't exist; StatTrak comes from cases, and this skin was never packed into one. Nor is there a Souvenir version, since Souvenir weapons are minted only in Major-tournament packages and this finish never featured in one — the regular finish is the only version.
M249 | Jungle DDPAT Price
Well-Worn sits near the bottom of the ladder, above only Battle-Scarred, making it one of the more affordable ways into a finish that's otherwise a premium M249 pick. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
How rough does the Well-Worn look?
Fairly rough. There's clear scuffing and paint loss along the edges and body, with the greens worn thin in exposed spots — heavier than Field-Tested but short of Battle-Scarred. The pixel pattern survives well enough to keep the skin recognizable in-game.
Is Well-Worn worth buying over Field-Tested?
Mainly if price is the priority. Field-Tested looks noticeably better for a modest step up in cost, so most buyers prefer it. Well-Worn makes sense when you want this scarce finish as cheaply as possible without dropping all the way to the most battered grade.
Why does a worn Consumer Grade skin still cost a fair bit?
Because supply, not condition, drives its value. This 2013 finish never came from a case and only trickles out of an old collection. Even a Well-Worn copy is scarce, so it holds a higher price than its humble Consumer Grade tier would suggest.
