Design

The Cobalt Core is a community finish from PoignantEnvy, built on a futuristic blue graphic — an angular, sci-fi styling that gives the shotgun a machine-core look. It comes with the in-game line, "Keep him safe, Carmen - The Valkyrie and The Paramour Part 1."

Battle-Scarred runs a float of 0.45 to 0.50. Because the finish is capped at 0.50 rather than the full 1.0, even the roughest copies stay well short of the most extreme wear — the blue graphics take heavy scuffing and dim considerably, but the coloring never fully wears away the way an uncapped skin's would at this grade.

Why doesn't Battle-Scarred reach full wear here?
