Sawed-Off | Orange DDPAT (Minimal Wear)
The Sawed-Off | Orange DDPAT (Minimal Wear) is a Restricted shotgun skin wrapped in an orange Digital Disruptive Pattern hydrographic. Minimal Wear keeps the pixel camo looking nearly untouched for a step below the top grade's price.
Design
An orange DDPAT covers the whole shotgun here — a Digital Disruptive Pattern hydrographic that breaks the bright color into blocky pixel camo. Valve designed the finish, and it ships with the tongue-in-cheek line "By the time you're close enough to notice the pixels it's already too late."
Sawed-Off | Orange DDPAT (Minimal Wear) Float and Wear
On the finish's 0.06–0.80 float span, Minimal Wear sits just above Factory New, where the orange pixels stay saturated with only faint wear along the edges. It's a near-flawless look that's tough to tell from Factory New at a glance, and it comes at a friendlier price than the scarce top grade.
Sawed-Off | Orange DDPAT Rarity
Rarity: Restricted, the purple band. It sits above the common blue and white tiers in the standard weapon grades, an uncommon rarity that isn't a routine unbox.
Sawed-Off | Orange DDPAT Case and Collection
This finish is part of The eSports 2013 Collection, pulled from the eSports 2013 Case that launched in August 2013 alongside The Arms Deal, the update that introduced skins to CS. Across the case the Restricted tier drops around 15.98% (shared among the tier), and being one of the earliest cases, its supply has long been locked.
Sawed-Off | Orange DDPAT Patterns
There's no random roll on this finish — the DDPAT pixels land identically on every copy regardless of paint seed, so no rare index or "blue gem" is worth chasing. The only variables separating copies are wear and float.
StatTrak & Souvenir
You can also find a StatTrak edition of this skin, minted via the eSports 2013 Case, which adds a confirmed-kill counter; it's a rarer and costlier drop than the plain finish, and that counter is permanent and never gets wiped when the item changes hands. No Souvenir version exists — those come solely from Major-tournament packages, which this finish never appeared in.
Sawed-Off | Orange DDPAT Price
Minimal Wear sits just under Factory New on the ladder while looking nearly identical, making it the value entry into this high-end finish. It's still grail-tier money by shotgun standards, but a clear saving over the cleanest grade. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
How different is Minimal Wear from Factory New?
Only slightly. Minimal Wear shows faint edge wear where Factory New shows none, but the orange pixels stay just as saturated, and most players can't tell the two apart in-game. Since true Factory New copies are scarce and pricey, Minimal Wear is the smart way to get almost the same look for less.
Is the Orange DDPAT a good investment?
It has the traits collectors like: a fixed supply from the long-retired eSports 2013 Case, a Restricted tier, and clean grades that are naturally scarce due to the float floor. Those factors have kept it firmly grail-tier. As with any skin, prices move, so treat it as a collectible rather than a guaranteed return.
Does the Orange DDPAT come from a case?
Yes — the eSports 2013 Case, one of the oldest in the game, released in August 2013 with The Arms Deal. That case also mints the StatTrak version. There's no Souvenir edition, though, because Souvenir weapons only come from Major-tournament packages this finish was never part of.
