SCAR-20 | Cardiac (Field-Tested)
The SCAR-20 | Cardiac (Field-Tested) is a Classified autosniper skin with a bold orange-and-blue design. Field-Tested is the most common way to own the finish, adding honest wear at a lower cost than the higher grades.
Design
The Cardiac look is all contrast: a heat-wrapped orange-and-blue vinyl stretched over the SCAR-20, warm against cool, graphic and loud. Community artist Nextgenz created the finish, and it comes with a fitting flatline of an in-game line: "beep. beep. beeeeeeeeeeeep..."
SCAR-20 | Cardiac (Field-Tested) Float and Wear
With the finish covering the whole 0.00–1.00 float range, Field-Tested lands in the middle of the scale. Expect light scuffing along the edges and grip, but the bold orange-and-blue print holds its color through it and stays legible. This is the grade most players picture — a fair trade of a little wear for a friendlier entry point on a grail-tier skin.
SCAR-20 | Cardiac Rarity
Rarity: Classified — the pink tier, one step under Covert and second from the top of the standard weapon grades. It's a genuinely uncommon grade to unbox, and that scarcity feeds the finish's high-end price.

Part of The Vanguard Collection, Cardiac is unboxed from the Operation Vanguard Weapon Case that arrived with Operation Vanguard in November 2014. As a group the Classified tier pulls at around 3.2% from the case (the odds are shared across the tier), and with the case no longer active, the market is where most copies come from now.

Cardiac has a fixed design, so the paint seed changes nothing — the orange-and-blue print falls the same way on every copy. There's no elusive pattern or blue gem worth chasing; wear and float are all that distinguish one from the next.
StatTrak & Souvenir
This finish is available as a regular version and a StatTrak one, the StatTrak edition adding a confirmed-kill counter that drops more rarely and costs more; its count is permanent and never gets wiped across trades. There's no Souvenir variant — Souvenir weapons are produced only through Major-tournament packages, and The Vanguard Collection has never been a Major drop.

Does the Field-Tested Cardiac look worn?
