SCAR-20 | Storm (Well-Worn)

SCAR-20 | Storm (Well-Worn)

The SCAR-20 | Storm (Well-Worn) is a Consumer Grade rifle skin with panels spray-painted in a stormy, gray scheme on the automatic sniper. Well-Worn shows clear aging over the block colors, offering the moody look at a lower price.

Design

The SCAR-20 is split into individual parts spray-painted solid colors in a storm-toned palette of grays and darks here, with no hand-drawn art. Valve designed the finish, and it ships with the in-game line "It will be waiting for you at the monorail."

SCAR-20 | Storm (Well-Worn) Float and Wear

Toward the rougher end of the roughly 0.06 to 0.80 float range, Well-Worn shows plain scuffing and paint thinning across the body and edges. The paneled scheme stays recognizable through the wear, but there's no mistaking this for one of the higher grades.

SCAR-20 | Storm Rarity

Rarity: Consumer Grade, the white tier — the base rung of the standard weapon grades and the most common class of all. That commonality is why even worn copies of the regular finish cost little.

SCAR-20 | Storm Case and Collection

Storm sits inside The Cobblestone Collection, which launched with Operation Breakout in July 2014. The regular skins are drop-earned instead of pulled from a paid case, so the vast majority of standard copies are traded on the open market.

SCAR-20 | Storm Patterns

Because the artwork is fixed, the paint-seed index has no bearing on how a copy looks — the paneled scheme repeats identically from one to the next. There's no seed to hunt or blue-gem tier to chase; the only thing that varies is the level of wear.

StatTrak & Souvenir

This skin comes as a regular finish and a Souvenir edition; the version here is the regular one. Souvenir copies started with the ESL One Cologne 2014 Cobblestone Souvenir Package and were handed out again at later Majors. A StatTrak version was never made, because StatTrak only comes from a Case designed to offer it, which this finish lacked.

SCAR-20 | Storm Price

Well-Worn sits low on this finish's ladder, below Field-Tested and above only Battle-Scarred — the cheaper route to the regular Storm for players who value cost over condition. Souvenir copies trade in a separate, scarcer market. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

How rough does the Well-Worn Storm look?

Fairly rough. Expect obvious scuffing and paint thinning on the body and edges, more than Field-Tested shows. The dark paneled scheme keeps the design readable despite the wear, so from match distance it still reads as Storm rather than a washed-out finish.

Is Well-Worn worth it over Field-Tested on Storm?

Mostly if the lowest price on the regular finish is your goal. Field-Tested looks tidier for a modest step up, so it's the more popular pick. Well-Worn suits a budget build where you want the stormy paneling as cheaply as possible without dropping to Battle-Scarred.

Do Souvenir copies come in Well-Worn too?

Souvenir versions exist across various wears depending on what dropped in the Major packages, so a worn Souvenir copy can turn up. But this listing is the regular Well-Worn finish — the standard, drop-earned version rather than the commemorative Souvenir line handed out at tournaments.
