The SCAR-20 | Storm (Battle-Scarred) is a Consumer Grade rifle skin with parts spray-painted in a stormy, gray scheme on the automatic sniper. Battle-Scarred is the roughest grade, trading surface condition for the lowest way into the regular finish.

Design

Individual parts of the SCAR-20 are spray-painted solid colors in a moody storm palette of grays and darks, with no logo or decal. It's a Valve-made finish, paired with the in-game line "It will be waiting for you at the monorail" that fits its brooding tone.

The finish is float-capped at about 0.80 rather than the full 1.0, so even Battle-Scarred copies stop short of the most extreme wear. Heavy scuffing and paint loss spread across the body, but the cap plus the dark paneling keep the scheme more legible here than on many lighter skins at this grade.
