SCAR-20 | Crimson Web (Factory New)

SCAR-20 | Crimson Web (Factory New)

The SCAR-20 | Crimson Web (Factory New) is a Mil-Spec autosniper finish with a spider-web hydrographic over a deep red base. Factory New is the top grade, showing the web tracery and red base at their most vivid with no wear to break them up.

Design

Crimson Web lays a spider-web-patterned hydrographic over a red base coat and seals it with a semi-gloss topcoat, giving the SCAR-20 a dark, dramatic look — fine black webbing crawling across deep crimson. It's a Valve-made finish, and it carries a fittingly ominous in-game line: "Be careful where you walk, you never know where the web is spread."

SCAR-20 | Crimson Web (Factory New) Float and Wear

Float on this finish runs 0.06–0.80, with Factory New sitting at the low floor. Here the red base is at its richest and the web tracery reads with the most contrast, no scratches interrupting the pattern. It's the finish at its most striking, and the grade collectors chasing a bold web layout tend to prioritize.

SCAR-20 | Crimson Web Rarity

Rarity: Mil-Spec Grade — the blue tier, the entry rung of the colored weapon grades. It's the most common tier to unbox, though the Crimson Web pattern gives it collector appeal beyond its grade.

SCAR-20 | Crimson Web Case and Collection

This finish belongs to The Arms Deal 2 Collection and drops from the CS:GO Weapon Case 2, released with "The Arms Deal 2" update in November 2013. The Mil-Spec tier unboxes at roughly 79.92% from the case (a rate shared across the tier's skins), and as one of the game's original cases, its supply has long been fixed.

SCAR-20 | Crimson Web Patterns

Unlike a fixed print, Crimson Web's web hydrographic lands differently on every copy depending on the paint seed — the size, count and placement of the webs vary. Copies where a large, fully-formed web sits centered on a prominent surface are the most sought-after and the rarest, while ones with smaller or partial webs pushed toward the edges are far more common. Many buyers filter specifically for that big, well-centered web.

StatTrak & Souvenir

Crimson Web exists as a regular finish and a StatTrak version, the latter adding a confirmed-kill counter that's a rarer, pricier drop; that tally is permanent and never gets wiped when the item is traded or sold. There's no Souvenir edition, as Souvenir weapons come only from Major-tournament packages and The Arms Deal 2 Collection was never a Major drop.

SCAR-20 | Crimson Web Price

Factory New sits at the top of the finish's price ladder, the most expensive grade of a premium SCAR-20 skin — and a strong web layout can push a Factory New copy higher still. It's a standout pickup for the model. Available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

What makes one Crimson Web worth more than another?

The web layout. Because the hydrographic sits differently on each copy, one with a large, fully-formed web centered on a visible surface commands a premium, while scattered or edge-heavy webbing sits cheaper. On a Factory New copy that pattern reads with maximum contrast, so a great web at this grade is the most prized combination.

Which gloves go with the Crimson Web?

Its crimson-and-black palette suits a dark, aggressive loadout, so red or black gloves land the tightest match — a red pair echoes the base coat, while black wraps play up the web tracery. Keep the rest of the build dark and high-contrast to let the deep red carry the whole look.

Is Factory New the best grade for the pattern?

For pure pattern impact, yes. Factory New shows the red base at its richest and the black webbing at its sharpest, so a well-centered web has the strongest presence here. If you care most about the web layout itself, pairing a great seed with Factory New is the top combination — and priced accordingly.
