The G3SG1 | Contractor (Minimal Wear) is a Consumer Grade rifle skin, its body split into tan, navy and dark green sprayed sections for an industrial, field-kit look. Minimal Wear keeps the paint almost fully intact with only the faintest signs of handling.

Design

The look leans hard into a worksite, industrial theme: instead of a single coat, parts of the rifle are sprayed tan, navy and dark green, giving it a patched-together, repaired-in-the-field character. Valve designed the finish, and it ships with a fitting line: "Rona Sabri still hasn't forgiven Sebastien for not selecting her to go after Turner."

G3SG1 | Contractor (Minimal Wear) Float and Wear

Across a float range of 0.06 to 0.80, Minimal Wear lands just above Factory New. At this level the sprayed blocks stay vivid, with maybe a touch of light wear on the sharpest edges that you'd have to hunt for. For most buyers it looks nearly identical to the top grade for a little less outlay.

There's no random pattern roll on this finish. The paint-seed number changes nothing, so the tan, navy and green land identically on every unit, with no seed or "blue gem" worth seeking out. Wear and float are the only variables between copies.

Only a regular version of this skin exists. A StatTrak edition was never made — StatTrak arrives via a case, and Contractor doesn't have one — and no Souvenir edition exists either, as Souvenir drops come solely from Major-tournament packages that this finish never appeared in.
