G3SG1 | Contractor (Well-Worn)
The G3SG1 | Contractor (Well-Worn) is a Consumer Grade rifle skin with tan, navy and dark green sprayed across its body, shown here in a rougher, more weathered state. It's a low-cost route into the finish for players who don't mind visible wear.
Design
At heart it's an industrial, worksite design — tan, navy and dark green applied to separate parts of the rifle instead of one solid color, for a repaired, mismatched look. Built by Valve, it carries a fitting in-game line: "Rona Sabri still hasn't forgiven Sebastien for not selecting her to go after Turner."
G3SG1 | Contractor (Well-Worn) Float and Wear
Within the 0.06 to 0.80 float range, Well-Worn sits near the top. At this stage the spray thins out noticeably, with bare metal showing across the magazine, receiver and edges. The tan, navy and green are still identifiable, but there's no pretending this is a fresh coat — it's a grade for players who value price over surface condition.
G3SG1 | Contractor Rarity
Rarity: Consumer Grade — the white grade at the very foot of the standard weapon tiers. As the most abundant skins in CS2, Consumer Grade finishes almost never cost much, which is why this one is such an easy budget pickup.
G3SG1 | Contractor Case and Collection
Belonging to The Baggage Collection, this finish first appeared with Operation Breakout in July 2014. There's no case tied to it — being a Consumer Grade collection skin, it reaches players through collection drops rather than unboxing, so the market is where most copies end up.
G3SG1 | Contractor Patterns
The design doesn't vary by paint seed. Every copy carries the tan, navy and green in the same arrangement, so there's no seed number or "blue gem" edition to hunt for. Only the wear level and float value distinguish one example from another.
StatTrak & Souvenir
Just the regular finish is available. There's no StatTrak version — StatTrak comes attached to a case, and this skin never had one — and no Souvenir version either, given that Souvenir weapons only ever ship inside Major-tournament packages this finish wasn't included in.
G3SG1 | Contractor Price
Well-Worn sits low on the Contractor ladder, under Field-Tested and above only Battle-Scarred — a budget way to run the design for anyone skipping the mid-grade premium. Even at the top of the G3SG1 range, this is a cheap rifle to own. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
How worn does the Well-Worn Contractor look?
Fairly worn. Expect clear paint loss and exposed metal across the magazine and edges — heavier than Field-Tested but not the maximum battering of Battle-Scarred. Because the finish is already a rugged, mismatched theme, the wear blends in reasonably well and the color blocks stay recognizable in-game.
Is Well-Worn worth buying over Field-Tested?
Only if the lowest price is your goal. Field-Tested looks a fair bit tidier for a small step up in cost, so most buyers land there. Well-Worn makes sense when you want the Contractor design as cheaply as possible without dropping all the way to Battle-Scarred.
Does the wear ruin the paint scheme?
Not really. The spray thins and metal shows through, but the tan, navy and green sections remain distinct enough to read at a glance. The industrial, field-repaired theme means heavy wear looks somewhat in-character rather than simply broken, which is part of the appeal at this price.
